Samsung S22. Game is much slower to load, phone now overheating. Game restarts if I swap screens. Crashes at random points. Wifi or data.

We have already suffered resource losses because we can't participate normally in gac and tw as well as in the daily gameplay. Furthermore tb and conquest are starting soon.
In my opinion it's not normal that if you want to play a mobile game you need a PC (which I currently don't have) because the game is unplayable on phone since the update.
Hope that the team is close to finding a solution.

Il vous faut une prime pour régler le problème en moins de 3 jours ? Plusieurs milliers de service Android ne peuvent pas jouer au jeux, alors qu'il y a eu les tw , les gac, et maintenant la conquête, impossible pour nous de se connecter au jeu en données mobiles, et non même après désinstaller et réinstaller 50 fois le jeu rien ne change ! Comme chantait Ahnaldth101 "fix your game CG"

Most excellent to see this post. Since the new update, can't use my Chromebook to play the game. Thankfully my phone still works.
I am in the same situation with my Chromebook and Android, except the game is now so slow on my phone I am timing out in battles that should take a minute. Please fix this!
I didn't know you could have this game on Chromebook. How did you run it before?
Yup, most Chromebooks from 2019 and on can typically run Android apps Check this website for more info. I alternate between my phone (a Google Pixel 8) and the Chromebook. I prefer the Chromebook for the larger screen, but it is not as quick as the phone.
Same issue too - the whole game runs incredibly slowly to the point of overheating my Andriod device. Whole re-patch needed

Samsung S23 with One UI 6.1. Very slow loading 30 second to 1 minute, random crashing when launching matches, resulting in TW & GAC losses. Battles are very laggy/jumpy, clear performance issues throughout the game. Also worth noting when switching apps and back the game now has too complete reload, it is also impacting other background apps such as listening to Spotify whilst playing (that now stops or crashes randomly whilst playign SWGOH).
My guild has been very vocal about issues since the update, approx 85% impacted including Apple users and people with other Android devices. Worth noting the PC version runs smooooooth but unfortunately I cannot take that with me during my travels.
This issue is far larger than you think given there are far more Android unders than Apple, with TB and conquest about to launch tomorrow I am dreading how bad it is going to be. Please stop downplaying this issue, the game runs terribly right now.
Is there any news at last? It can't be true that it takes so long to fix such serious bugs that affect so many players?
It's been a while now, can you please do something asap to fix your game.
It's been 4 days without a proper access and many rewards lost, so bored...
Or at least make it possible to have a backwards version playable before the last update, while you are fixing the new version ...
I'm also having issues with Android,
Game taking a very long time to load, sudden crashes, character animation lag, game closes if I use another app, discord for example
I'm also playing on S22. Please fix this ASAP. I almost missed our Raid and only had time to place a very low score.
I know it's unrelated to the current form but could we please fix the raid so my shield generator can get a turn and also can we see the commanders cooldown we could see it in previous raids but not this one thanks.
