- since i last emailed ea this was what they said oh and who is Kate because that sure as hell is not my name? And do they really want me to take a survey because they will not like me.

Any issue pertaining to the in-game aspect of the game is looked after by the Technical Team. I have forwarded your comments to them and it would be looked into earnestly. Since matters like these require in-depth analysis, this may actually take a little longer.
