Can’t interact with friends town

Hello, sometimes I am allowed 3 daily actions in a friend’s town but in the town there is nothing to click on . Is this an error ? How do I fix it ? I love interacting with my friends towns so it bugs me when I can’t . Also add me asamiam0523 . I play daily
