Can't connect to server

There are two workarounds. Delete the game and then re-install, or try accessing your Springfield from another device.

I'm having the same problem.

Is there another fix, rather than uninstalling and reinstalling? I'm too paranoid to do that.

Right there with you. Won't synch. Disappointed.

Update. I uninstalled the app plowed through ALL DATA WILL BE DELETED warning, and reloaded from the App Store.

It went through all 39 updates. Then wouldn't let me log in.

Message to the effect of YOUR OTHER DEVICE IS NOT LOGGED IN. PLAY ANYWAY.

Original tutorial video started and I shut down again.

I logged in and out of ORIGIN twice. One time, it froze at a redirect trying to get back here to the forums.....

Tried the app again.....and.....


Xmas is here. Up to date Town/ friends intact, etc. feel free to hit me up for a friend request if you are up and running.

Hope someone is helped by my random nonsense solution / the equivalent of turning stuff off and on again until it works.

Obviously, try this at you own risk. But hope it works for somebody else.
