It really * sucks! I mean I'd been saving for ages to get something decent, I was thinking either Otto or maybe even hold out a little longer and get the volcano, I was even considering buying donuts to get there even though I'd vowed to never do that at first, but you know what, with this level of customer support, * that, I've messaged them on their FB page, put up a question on the FAQ and the forums, and nothing.
