Leviathan confirmed
The in game announcement for Malgus’ Interceptor confirmed it will be required for a Fleet Mastery Journey to unlock the Leviathan.

- Because if I put it in the thread for the Interceptor and people don’t take time to read the in game announcements then it gets lost in the shuffle. Now it’s here for everyone to see.
