Devil Flanders - no quest line?

...unless you purchase the ghost pirate ship for donuts. If you have that, free up Homer and Devil Flanders. Homer will initiate a dialog to have Flanders parlay with the ghost pirates. I'm not sure if there's anything after that since I've still got that task going (it's 24 hours).
