I haven't got either yet but have seen them in friends towns. Both are really great looking buildings. The sit and rotate is really tall (a bit shorter than clausco) obstructs things it's placed in front of. The FoC is pretty small for an aspirational (around the same height as the hungry hen) which is good, easy to place.. Plus the animation is awesome!!

Depends, do you need Consumerism or Gluttony? Fortress adds consumerism, Sit-and-rotate adds to gluttony. But yeah follow what Bee said about the size though as some people care how tall the buildings are as well.

Thanks. I have been trying for the Sit and Rotate for a long time but I keep having to spend a buncha money since they have introduced levels 44 & 45. They've really been on it lately! There was a long spell where not much happened, but ever since the Stonecutters, now the Clash of Clones and two new levels and by the time COC is over it's time for my favorite- Halloween! :D I'm quite happy with how they've stepped it up- I just need more $$$! (and definitely more gold)

I wouldn't but either one if I were short on money considering that neither pay anything. If you need to increase your ratings I suggest buying buildings that pay off and take up less space. Remember that Halloween update should be coming soon. You will need money and land for buildings and characters.

I have both, the sit n rotate is a nicer looking building, but very large. The fortress is a bit boring, but has an awesome animation. I would pick the fortress over the tower any day. You can always jazz up the facade by using decorations etc. and eventually, you'll be able to afford both :)

I don't "need" either one but just want them both, really. I just am having a helluva time getting the 10,000,000! I've gotten as high as 6.5 but the new levels have forced me to spend knocking me back to 5...I know Halloween is coming and I'll buy anything and everything I can there but they usually aren't too expensive. Let's hope! Regardless, I'll get anything Halloween-related. It's my favorite!! One of these days I guess I'll get 'em both. I'm also saving my 21 donuts hoping to get some cool Halloween premium item instead of the Clash of Clones ones. I think I'll like them better and hopefully will get a few more donuts by then.

It's from the same episode that gave us Mojo the monkey and introduced the crazy cat lady. The Simpson kids have a news program and it's canceled for the chocobot show, and the chocobots' headquarters is the fortress of choclitude.

I had SnR and just got enough to buy the fortress after the recent level updates, I'm now down to $45k. Now to save up the $10.1 Million for the new strip of land, and another $10 Million for the other expensive decorations, other than the globe, which I already have.

I need to check but I don't think I've seen the globe available...is it new?
