HELP!!! Cannot access my level 30 simpsons...!!!

So this is what happened... My original town is Griffolaa926, which I was level 30 an had the escalator and some premium stuff! I use the game on my iPod but recently got it on my android phone but...

EA employes don't really read these forums best way to get this fixed is to login to the EA help site at https://help.ea.com/ and open a ticket and explain it to them
