help I can't complete task "Illegitimate Concern Part 2"

Thanks but both of those threads are people like me who are trying to get help on this.

Nothing on there that I haven't already tried and it seems like a glitch that's been around for a year and already reported to EA.

Oh well I guess I will have to put up with it. :o(

All tasks should be accessible through the task menu of the left and the 'Do it' command.
If these tasks are not changed from a limited time *Do it* command permanent to *Start*
SOMETHING WRONG!
EA owes you.
Bart has no detention task... There's your problem.
If you can't be assigned to the task via clicking on the left menu of icons then your stuck in internal programming.

P.S.
I have no Halloween or Thanksgiving props.
