As for resizing pictures... someone can correct me on this, but I couldn't find an option to "edit" to resize on mobile view. So you have to go to desktop mode first, then edit, then resize. Save your changes and use that link.
Here are some pictures. If you weren't asking about mobile -> desktop view, you can disregard the first couple of pics and the rest should hopefully help! This is going to be really specific for anyone else that needs help, so I'm not insulting your imgur abilities :P
Oh yeah, this is just by going to the imgur site directly. I don't use the app... so if that's what you're asking for, I have no idea!.
1. Here's what it looks like if you go to the site on your mobile device. Click the 'options' button.
(Sorry about the volume bar in some of the images. Just me screwing up a screenshot)
2. Desktop view option.
3. Now it should reload in desktop view. Upload the image from your device. I'm guessing you know how to do that so I won't bore you with more images. Here I have my image uploaded. The screen should look like this! Go to "Edit image"
4. Resize your image by changing the first value (1). If you "lock proportions", the second value will automatically adjust. You can just press Enter after and make sure you click "Save". The (2) "Apply" step might be unnecessary. For reference, all the images in this post have been adjusted to 600 x ___.
5. Your new screen should look like this. Use the link for your posts or signatures!
