Bookmarking Mods

For example, I'm in need of a triangle Tenacity mod with Protection %. I only have one. I would like it to work the same as gear does. If we need it, then it'll show up on the gear page as to what character needs it.
I feel like this would be super helpful, does anyone else agree?

    How would the game know you need it on that particular character?

    Would this be any different to filtering tenacity set, protection primary, then selecting the triangle slot?

    How would the ui change on the gear page to see and fit a mod?

    I just don't understand what you want or how you imagine it will work.

    You can filter to show missing mods, if that’s what you’re wanting
