- Yes you need Agnes for investoreetees; so what level are you at? What prior tasks have you completed to get it?

That's the quest he is asking about and also OP once you reach level 29 the task before this one Luigi triggers where he plays the accordion while skinner goes bird watching once that's done make sure milhouse is free and that will trigger the build of skinners house also you need to have at least built the businessman's social club unlocking fat Tonydrosax1 wrote:

I am currently level 30, and I've had Bart milhouse skinner and luigi free at the same time a bunch of times. But I have yet to build the social club. So hopefully that does the trickDrew_City915 wrote:

I was in the same boat I'm level 32 I got the Luigi and skinner task as soon as I built the club and I finally got to build skinners house last night. Make sure you build the previous levels main building which should unlock the quest/questline for the building of the level your at
