How can I obtain the character Lyle Lanley?
I see a lot of people with the character Lyle Lanley but I don't have it in my account even I have unlocked a lot of parts of the monorail.

- He comes with the monorail questline but is temporary. He will disappear at some point in the questline. The neighbor may or may not actually have him walking around as the game will show some things that are not actually in your neighbors town.
