The same thing happened in the wrestling event last year so it'll probably be patched sometime in the event since EA didn't release the patch in the wrestling event until halfway through the event.

I remembered it was in the wrestling event but I looked it up when the patch update release.

I just got an update and it fixed the token exchange.

I came here to post this. Happened to me too.

does it work for the token? or is it the exchange not working?

checked b town. it's the exchange not working as the token got in.
