How to keep up with the money and quest
Sadly, the only way to keep up is to build a heap of houses, get your ratings up and do short timer quests and log in a lot during the day. I don't have the time to login every 2 hours during the week...

Get as many characters as possible and send them on long tasks that pay the most money. Do this for a few days and watch your cash grow. I found this way to be far more effective than House Farming.
