How to remove friends

Please be my ding dong diddly friend on tapped out. I have skill I'm on level 24 and I'm awesome so be my friend

Unfortunately, that doesn't work on an Android device (at least not for Samsung Galaxy S3).
There is no option to open a player's profile. Just an Origin logout button...
I don't have a hundred friends right now, but I can tell by now: I want to get rid of many of those I recenetly added...
Any ideas?

In the Origin desktop software, go to your friends list. You have to right click on their name, then go down to the unfriend option.
