I've lost my entire town

yeah I lost it too. max level, 50% or so in percent of bonus money from all the items I had on it... I really hope I didn't lose it and since they are doing another update soon, that I will not lose it for good.

It hit me too! :x Logged in yesterday evening, got a message I don't normally get telling me I was "logged in as philiweiss" (you don't say...) and then the initial game opener video started playing. I immediately closed the game and tried again several times, with logging out and back in again on both my devices with no effect. Hope they get this sorted out, I was on level 27.

Is there some way to contact EA and report this? Some email or so?

Lost my town, when I log in I get the create new Springfield window. I am at max level. I logged into my other account and checked my friends list and found something strange. The user name for my Springfield has been changed to "tabiroth2210". That name is not in my friends list but salndis is, the town for that name is mine and I want it back. I spent money on this game, and put a lot of time into it.

I also lost mine and very disappointed!

I, too, lost my entire town a few days ago. Very disappointing after months of playing and purchasing a couple hundred dollars worth of doughnuts. I'm tempted to start playing again, but reluctant, not knowing how safe my data will be. There should be the ability to revert to one or two previous save states. It seems like it would prevent a lot of headaches for the players. Can anyone help fix this? origin userid: nxtplato
