Lake Property Coming soon? (New Characters & Restaurants)

What do you mean "the ocean seems to be separated into tiles? There aren't any oceans in the a game...
I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as an "Ocean Update"
Just stating the obvious....

@KrustyBrand: I guess we'll just have to wait and find out. I know that cityville did this eventually, and I don't see why EA wouldn't want to. It would be awesome.

Dream Zoo also eventually did this.

It could be. Look closely at the black lines in the "ocean".....

    Nice Springfield! :)
I just visited you and was appreciating your use of massive bodies of water. Looks really great, and original.
  • "gazzajay: There is still a land gap between the water tiles though, so they would have to update that first.

To be honest I think they're just there for decoration, like the mountains, as it looks better than everything as grass tiles."

I don't think so. At least with Cityville it also looked like that. In a similar game, once someone placed a house by the edge it would add a port-like structure it it. Keep in mind that EA could introduce a sand tile which would work. According to the following map it would make sense (logically). I'm positive that EA will expand past the water. They can do a Springfield bridge mission or a springfield dam mission. Take a look at the map, its definitely interesting.
