Level 26 technical fault
This is called the Harp Freeze / Harp of Death etc.
If you have an iphone 5 or can get hold of one you can try the follwing, i think ipad 3 also works but not as well.
Turn off auto lock in phone settings
Close all open apps and start simpsons
Then just wait for it to start it could take 20 mins.
I have done this to fix a lot of frozen Sprigfields so if it does not work first time or crashes out just do it again :)
