so EA this one's your fault not mine.
Have you tried hard close? And clear cache?
its and Ipad so there is no hard close.
and its funny when everything else works just fine I can play FG without issues. I was even able to come here and post this.
restart fixed the issue
I just hate this stupid screen as a consumer you should NEVER tell a customer its their fault it is ALWAYS your fault no matter the problem #1 rule the customer is ALWAYS right- If it was EA's "fault" we'd all be locked out. And we're not...so...

I understand what you are saying. You'd have probably rather the screen told you what the program's problem was and suggested things for you to do to fix it. And if your device does not have the ability to let you clear an app's cache, then it could say to restart your device.
Their attempt at humor didn't amuse you.
Glad you got it fixed.- wadebearRetired Hero

By 'hard close' he meant 'force close'. To force close an app on iPad (iPhone, etc):
Double tap the Home button. Swipe away the app.
And sometimes I also have to restart my iPad. And twice today I had to reset my network to get the game to play. (In the middle of doing my Friend Actions of course...) wadebear wrote:

I don't have an Ipad and not familiar with them. Is there an equivalent on them for clearing the app's cache as one can do under Android? I'm curious because a force close is sometimes not enough on Android.- OceansidePowderNew SpectatorA B C
It's easy as, 1 2 3

Baby, you and me girl. - yeah I have to actually reboot my iPad regularly to clear the issues like this..glad you found the solution

If you can play fine on one device and not the other I would look at the device and not the server.
