I never thought of that. That Gil was created to replace Hartman's characters. And yes, he is a pale imitation at best. Of all the unvoiced characters we have in the game now, the one I wish did have a voice would be Milhouse.
Level 30 will probably come with Squidport, and hopefully this comes after this blasted yard sale is over now that I think about it and read everyone else's thoughts. But you are all correct, only EA knows for sure.
