HELP!!! Cannot access my level 30 simpsons...!!!
So this is what happened...
My original town is Griffolaa926, which I was level 30 an had the escalator and some premium stuff! I use the game on my iPod but recently got it on my android phone but didn't bother using android because of the lack of being able to link the game with my ipod. However by accident I opened my game on my android phone today to find that someone has been playing using my origin account! This means that they must have hacked my origin account and had potential to fraud me!
So I tried the customer forums but they were awful...I just want to contact an actual ea human being! With no contact I took initiative to change my username and password for my origin account. Obviously I then found out that as I had changed my username to Griffolaa123 that it would not let me log into my level 30 Springfield and asked if the level 1 game on this device was mine, which I said no and now it wants to create a new game for my account which I defo don't want to do!!! So I managed to change my username back to Griffolaa926 but....
I've tried many suggestions from this forum like closing the app and reloading it to logging in and out of my account! Nothing works! So not only has my account been hacked, I cannot access a game that I've invested time and money for ea into! And when I email some ea address they just send an automated email directing me to that stupid contact us forum that doesn't actually work!!!!
Ea need to sort this game and especially my account but its impossible to be heard.
