i am level 40 i won't make it to level 41. what do we get for the episode tie end? anything at all

So will part 3 not trigger if you don't have BHL? I have milhouse free but no BHL and milhouse is not triggering.

For some reason the vulgari jewellery store is showing no price, any idea how to get it to activate. Kept Marge and moe free as per the instructions but still showing as greyed out with no cost
