Lost all my progress

I have a similar issue since the last update aswell, i hit lvl 28 last nite only to log in today to discover i have been reset to lvl 1, Not very happy, thats a lot of work.

Hi. Sorry to the bearer of bad news. But I lost my level 30 over a month ago. Been talking to EA since day 1 and am still getting nowhere. Infact its getting worse. Go in to the help bit and contact them. But be prepared for the long haul. Start up a backup game if you already haven't. Sorry bout that I no how bad it is. But EA are krap at this. I had nightmare with them. 

Really? Blimey, my Springfield just got reset, I had spent ages on it. Well if it doesn't get fixed soon, bye bye game, I will not spend that amount of time on a game again, trust issues really, makes you wonder if it's worth while spending more time on the game when randomly at somepoint your Springfield could be reset and that's all that time wasted??? And EA seem about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Managed to fix my issue by un-installing and re-installing the app, had a bit of a hissy fit at me but it worked, so got my Springfield back yay
