lost my progress

Question

SWGOH stopped working, tried everything including reinstall but the only fix was to reset phone.
But now i have lost my profile and progression. I was level 81 Rathter Hunting pack and I think my name was Mawert Sterk. Any ideas?

Thanks i'll give it a try. Looks like I should have waited as play store had an update that fixed the issue!
