I'm having the same issue. i heard yesterday there was a glitch but nothing is fixed. I'm level 52 and have no options for Burns to dump money.

I had the same problem. Mine was stuck for a day or so. I kept checking back every few hours to see if it was fixed, then suddenly it said the task was completed and it upgraded to the next level.
