No Skeletons

Same here! I've seen other forums where lots of people are having this issue.
The Halloween release this year has had a number of bugs including strange wrapping text, but this Skeleton issue is the worst.
I tried one workaround which works about half the time where I built a new brown house and send the kids who spawn skeletons to it separately. This is a pain but is was working until the last time I tried where Bart and the others generated zombies instead of skeletons. At this point EA needs to just give everyone task 1 for the week for free!

Yes, same!! None from neighbors, none from the brown house. In the past week, I have had a total of 14 skeletons spawn (and 4 of them were from yesterday).

Not to mention, why are only two people eligible for skeletons?
