If anything the writers of the dialogue in game are guilty of cheap shots at too easy targets. It's pretty hard to parody something that is a parody in itself.
Get the right permits, and if you have a few million dollars you can buy a Fighter aircraft. For a few billion you can own an aircraft carrier. Pretty expensive though. As for the Bazooka, I know several people who do own one, and guess what none of them have committed a crime. I also know people with Flame throwers and tanks. gain not a single crime among them. And yes I insist on ALL my constitutional rights. without them The USA would not be the nation it is today.
