Are you literally asking what a DMV is in America? It's the Dpartment of Motor Vehicles, where citizens can apply for driver's licenses and take care of other driving related issues. Hmmm, I just got patty and Selma and patty had a task of petting jub jub for six hours as well as going to the Simpson Ouse with Selma for 24hrs. Wait was that because jub jub was a premium character? I can't remember lol

I think he just means what class of item is it in (Decoration/Store/Restaurant/Tree/Vandalism)
