It's a glitch that alot of people have experienced. He just sits in your inventory. Can't be sold or used.

So no way to submit a bug report and get it sorted?

Great lists ... one question I haven't seen addressed specifically:

Do any premium buildings come with new tasks for existing characters? For example, if you buy the Aztec Theater, do any characters get any new jobs that involve that building?

I think that would be cool if new buildings added new tasks for existing characters ... I get tired of doing the same jobs over and over again.

I don't know if this is the right place to post this question, but since it does concern premium items here goes.

I live and work in China and I play this game daily. It's the only game I play and I would pay the money to get the premium items, but I can't because your game does not allow currency from this country. It would be nice if you could add paypal or some other form of payment plan for those of us in countries that EA does not service yet. Do you have any plans to do so or do I have to go around and respond with D'oh to every premium item i can not get?

Hi Jerry,

The payment for premium items is handled by whoever you download the app from i.e. Apple, Google, Amazon etc. EA does not directly receive payment from us and you must contact the company who runs your app store. I don't know the terms outside my own country, however paypal is accepted by Google Play. Good luck!

that's not true about getting donuts instead of a second character. I already had the squeeky voice teen and got another one (unusable). Acording to you I should have received donuts.

Can I buy donuts without credit card...? Maybe with a prepaid card? I play at i phone..and if yes should I buy a iTunes card or AppStore pre paid card?
