Seems to only happen on the short window buildings - like the brown house, flanders house, Simpsons house, Kwik-E-Mart, etc. I think the server needs to be updated that it was cleared, so it tells you they tapped on it even after the 5 minutes were up. It's not a major bug, but likely tied to it needing to update the server that the handshake was cleared.
