Hello! I was banned just few days ago with seemingly no explanation and I have no clue to what possible wrong doing i could have done. I have attempted to put in other tickets with no help so im going to try and put all my possible information here so this ban can be reversed and i can go back to playing this game. Email for account: Game username: Darth Farquad Ally Code: 744-262-613 I will attach a screenshot of my player id as i could have possibly made a mistake, along with the screen saying that i am banned for "multiple offenses" if there is anything else i can add to possibly help my case I would be more than willing to do it. Or there could be something else, not visible on swgoh.gg. Ultimately those who banned them know why, and if it’s fair it’ll be upheld.

Well GA is not the only place people cheat, just what us the players can look at for the most obvious thing

The imperial troopers battle can be entirely explained through normal gameplay mechanics. Ignore that battle because it is not irrefutable evidence of cheating.

No system is 100% accurate with banning (manual or automated)

Is OP innocent? Probably

Capital Games know best so we'll have to wait and see
