So I uninstalled the game
I didn't uninstall by I have two games on one device and now I get that message every time the accounts are switched to play. Just happened with this last update.

I had this problem once today on my Android tablet. All I did was to stop the process, and go back in. It was fine at that point. I've never gone deep into iOS devices, so I don't know if you can do that there, but if you can it should help out.
