Squidport quest five not gettin competed when I already did it
Well it's Bart Simpson and Milhouse who trigger the next quest as they both visit the store.
Both of them need to be free for this quest to start.
If they are both free and still no quest, then store Itchy and scratchy building into your inventory and then put it back again to see if this kicks the quest into action but only do this when you get the quest again to build the store, when you do, just simply bring it back out of your inventory.
