Store All "nuke" Button
I have done this and not lost anything.
Please note that all if you have started a task you will have to start again.
Not every thing will get stored, like Springfield building( the ones that you can gather furniture, coffee cups ect) also the Simpsons house can't be stored. There are a few more but generally it's the items that can't be stored.
