I suspect not. Most likely these prizes will simply remain in your inventory with nowhere to go if you dont have the premiums already. This happened to me at Christmas - won the Barney 'Plow King' skin, but didn't have Barney (still dont). The plow king skin is still sitting in my inventory today.

    You don't need to purchase them to get it but the skins won't be available outside of inventory for use until you unlock those characters.
