sunglasses 3-D movie bins

I’m sure I did this in my first town long ago. Now in my second round town, at level 66 (just used XP accelerator)... Finished Birthday Party for One Pt 5 which lead into where I am, in Sidekick Aside Pt 1. I’m trying to get sunglasses from the 3-D movie bins. Error says location does not exist. I do have the googleplex but not sunglasses 3-D movie bin. What did I miss?
