too many crashes, help?

When I visit my friends towns the game crashes while i'm in and kick me off. In some towns I have lost lots of snakes and couldn't retrieve them back, because when I try to visit those towns once more it keeps crashes and cause me more losses. Anyone with similar problems and possible solution?
