Does this mean I can only access my city on one device at a time as well then? Also, when TSTO Android eventually gets on Origin, will I have to start over is that still unknown?

I do not actually know that much about it, but I seem to remember that on Android your game is saved locally and not on a server, which would also mean that you cannot access it from different devices.
