Banned and confused

To anyone who has the power to review — I manage the RedEyedJedi6 player ID, ally code 164-314-365. I am receiving a message that my account has been banned for repeat offenses. I have never been notified before that I have ever done anything wrong, and if I have, I truly didn’t mean to. I play this game with my brother and dad every day and really enjoy playing. I am really upset that I can no longer access the game. If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.
