AI incredibly fast after update

Im not sure what happened after the last two updates but AI is much faster than the player since the last update. The player strike animations are very slow all of a sudden which AI counter immediately, and strikes are constantly blocked. Player blocks dont seem to do much of anything, as well as stamina now means nothing. A simple jab eats an 8th of your stamina yet a ton of missed strikes does not effect the AI at all. Hit detection is very iffy as well. The input reading is also very very blatant.

This game was fun until the last two updates and now AI. Hopefully something can be tuned for the people who dont want to play online.
