Can't access game (Xbox)

Hi,

I just got the trial through Xbox Gamepass. I played the game while it was installing, but once the download completed, I can no longer access it. It never gets passed the first load screen after the initial title screen. The screen is all black, just a spinning globe in bottom left corner. 

I have tried clearing the cache, relinking my EA account to my Xbox account, reinstalling the game and pretty much anything else I could think of. 

Anyone else experienced this? I was thinking to buy the game, but the trial not even working is obviously a horrible first impression.
