Cant connect Ufc 5 online

What platform do you play on? Is that a PS4 or a PS5?

It's happening to loads of people, I have the exact same issue and I play on PS5 

Yup me too everything on ps5 was fine til.downloaded update UFC 5 WAS the ps5 plus free game of the month so never bougjt it but it was free been playing over a month have my own ea account same thing as everyone CLIENT VERSION IS NOT.COMPATIABLE i use lan line connected to psn so something with the game i tried to restore licesne didnt work shut ps5 down didnt work so yah EA_QueenBee got any news 

Right after the update on PS5 its happening to me too.

Yah to everyone but no managers on here will give a response or update so 🤷 clearly not ps5 issue cause cant connect to ea.servers keeps saying same thing i cant even play career offline eveytime i train its.says u must be connected.to.Ea.server to progess 

Lol i tried F1 23 to see if ea servers are messed up for ps5 and F1 23 connects to ea so its literally just UFC 5 after uodate nobody wanted 😂 🤣 well i suggest playing a diff game no manager have responded so not a quick fix sorry but stop wasting time trying to fix urself pkay diff game if u got em

Can you try the following steps to see if that solves the issue?

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your PS5 console

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS5 until the system beeps.
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
