Frustrated with this game

Guys, every school holidays, the cheaters come out. Every weekend they jump on. Lagging, quitting, overpowered, my fighters moves slow down, precisely during combos, they slow down opening a wider counter window for the opponent, and I know when they come on coz every time I have an opportunity to counter, coincidentally, somehow, at only those moments it slows down for my guy. 
Honestly, all I play is online career. I love the creativity of making a guy look and move the way you want it to but it sucks because it feels 90% on online career players are exploiting your game. 
And if I beat these losers, they quit. And ultimately I lose.
