Which online ranked mode are you talking about ? all of them except online career mode for CAF give you the option to back out of high ping matchups on the character select screen. I back out of any match over 100ms ping, You can do it in online career mode but requires a manual work around method or just train getting to ps5 menu restart as quick as possible before game begins.
