EA Play not letting me download UFC 5, despite having an active membership

I recently have purchased 1 Month of EA Play to play UFC 5, as I have seen that I can get access to the game if I buy the subscription.

However despite buying the subscription, it is not letting me download the game, and only shows me the discounted EA members price on the PlayStation Store.

I have tried pretty much everything that others people have recommended to resolve this issue yet nothing has worked.

While UFC 4 is on the EA Play list, UFC 5 doesn't appear to be. Which is why you're given the discounted price, but not the game itself. Here you can see what games are on the EA Play list.
