i bought ufc 5 ultimate edition on my ps5 but after downloading i only got the standard version eventhough i paid for ultimate edition. Its asking me to upgrade to ultimate edition and need to pay additional amount. How can i get a refund or get my ultimate edition back

In certain cases you may need to download that Ultimate Edition content in the add-on section. Are you able to check and see if that's available for you with these steps?
If that's still not showing up in that area either, it would be best to contact PlayStation Support directly as we aren't able to see or adjust any transactions made through their systems.
