End of round submission bug

I notice when someone pulls the submission with 5 seconds left or just before the round ends the horn sounds and your fighter/or theirs doesn’t tap in their animation but the submission still counts even though you didn’t tap whilst the round ended resulting in the loss. There needs to be a saved by the bell feature for this.
