ufc5 daily PlayStation tournament

I have the same issue where can I fix this?

im missing my coins rewards on ufc 5 beacuse i won the upcoming tournament i contacted ea help to get some help an agent his name is Abhishek told me to (we do not have any option to make any changes the best you can do you can raise on ea forum) he insist that the only option is to raise it on forum .

bruh same, i won my tournament but no coins its been 24h and still nothing…. do you maybe have some news?

I have had the same problem for a minimum now for 6 months and I could buy almost all fighter from those coins that are in the UFC 5 Store. ,

Is it fixt,?

Im want now at lease six monds and get nothing to  ps and ea dont reply. Im still make screenshots of all the notifications in store. I have now 104 brons 126gold and 46silver but they dont fix it.

These PS5 tournaments are run by PlayStation, and any verification or distribution of prizes would be done through PlayStation as well. I'm afraid we are not able to confirm tournament standings or grant rewards for placement in these tournaments.

Keep in mind it may take several days to receive the prizes as noted in PlayStation's FAQ for these tournaments:

You will receive your prize in the form of a voucher via a notification within several days after the tournament’s conclusion. Make sure to check your system as these notifications expire within 30 days.

You must join at least one match and stay in the lobby until the designated match start time to be eligible for participation prizes. Players who do not appear for tournaments they register for will not be eligible to receive prizing.
